About Plano Dryer Pros
A local dryer repair service for Plano homes: gas and electric, all major brands, with the price in writing before any work starts.
Who we are
Plano Dryer Pros is a dryer repair service based on West Spring Creek Parkway in Plano, Texas. We repair household clothes dryers, gas and electric, and we serve homes across the city.
Dryers are what we focus on. A dryer is a simple machine with a short list of things that fail, and knowing that list well is how you find the real fault quickly instead of swapping parts and hoping.
How we work
We test before we replace
A meter reading, not a hunch. That is how we avoid changing the wrong part.
We check the vent every visit
Restricted airflow sits behind blown fuses, slow drying and fires, so we look every time.
Price in writing first
Part, labor and fee are written down and approved by you before work starts.
Straight advice
If replacing the dryer is the smarter move, we tell you.
How we keep our advice honest
Our guides cite the manufacturer manual, the National Fire Protection Association, Atmos Energy and U.S. Census data, and we label prices as typical ranges, not quotes. Photos and case studies are labeled as illustrative. The full rules are in our Editorial Policy.
What we repair, and what we do not
We repair household clothes dryers, natural gas and electric, including stacked pairs. We do not repair hair dryers, freeze dryers, commercial hand dryers or truck air dryers, and we do not do gas piping or electrical panel work. If a problem belongs to a plumber or an electrician, we tell you.
Where we work
We serve Plano, TX, including ZIP codes 75023, 75024, 75025, 75074, 75075, 75093, 75094, from Legacy West and Willow Bend to Downtown Plano and Oak Point.
What to expect on your first call
- A person answers and asks whether the dryer is gas or electric, the brand, and what it is doing.
- You get a time window for the visit.
- At your home, we diagnose with a meter and check the vent, then give you the price in writing.
- Nothing is replaced until you approve it.
