Terms and Conditions

The rules for using this website and requesting dryer repair service from Plano Dryer Pros.

Last updated: September 29, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of dryerrepairplano.com (the “Site”) and to service requests you make through it. By using the Site or sending us a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

“We,” “us” and “Plano Dryer Pros” mean the business at the address in section 14.

2. Our services and this website

We repair household clothes dryers, gas and electric, in Plano, Texas and nearby areas we serve. The Site describes those services, gives general information about dryer problems, and lets you contact us. Nothing on the Site is an offer that forms a contract by itself; a repair is agreed when you approve a written estimate.

3. Information on the Site

Articles, guides, tables and price ranges on the Site are general information. They are not professional advice and they are not a quote for your dryer. Prices shown are typical ranges and can differ by brand, model, part availability and access. See our Disclaimer for more.

4. Repair services

  • Written estimate. We give you the price in writing before work starts. We do not begin a repair until you approve it.
  • Changes. If we find another problem during a repair, we stop and ask before adding anything.
  • Warranty. Any warranty on parts and labor is stated on your invoice. That written warranty is the one that applies to your repair.
  • Access and safety. An adult should be present to show us the dryer and approve the estimate. We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe, for example a suspected gas leak or damaged wiring.
  • Scope. We repair the dryer itself. We do not perform gas piping or electrical panel work, and we do not repair hair dryers, freeze dryers, commercial hand dryers or truck air dryers.
  • Scheduling. Appointment windows are estimates. Rescheduling and cancellation terms, if any, are explained when you book.

5. Requests and information you send us

When you send a form or call us, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. We use your contact details for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the Site. That includes trying to break or overload it, gaining unauthorized access, sending spam or false requests through our forms, copying the Site to publish elsewhere, or using it in a way that breaks the law.

7. Ownership of content

The text, layout, logo and original images on the Site belong to Plano Dryer Pros or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy or republish our content without written permission. Brand names such as Samsung, LG and Whirlpool belong to their owners and appear only to identify the dryers we repair.

The Site links to outside sources, such as the National Fire Protection Association, Atmos Energy and Google Maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. No warranty for the Site

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or that every article fits your situation.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Plano Dryer Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from relying on its information. Our liability for a repair is limited to what your written invoice and applicable law provide. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

11. Your responsibility

You agree to be responsible for claims that arise from your misuse of the Site or from information you submit that you had no right to give.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Collin County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
